
Formerly an Information Systems manager for a large University of California computing network, Robert Whitaker is currently developing an all-vegan Café in the city of Chico, CA. An avid hobbyist cook for many years Robert has been cooking exclusively vegan since January 2010 – cooking daily without the use of recipes and very minimal use of frozen, canned or processed foods. After switching to an entirely plant-based diet Robert became an assistant organizer for the Sacramento Vegan Society with a special interest in restaurant outreach.
