Formerly an Information Systems manager for a large University of California computing network, Robert Whitaker is currently developing an all-vegan Caf̩ in the city of Chico, CA. An avid hobbyist cook for many years Robert has been cooking exclusively vegan since January 2010 Рcooking daily without the use of recipes and very minimal use of frozen, canned or processed foods. After switching to an entirely plant-based diet Robert became an assistant organizer for the Sacramento Vegan Society with a special interest in restaurant outreach.
